British Forces Resettlement Services (BFRS) is a free, independent organisation connecting serving personnel, veterans, reservists and their families with employers across the UK. Their year-round calendar of employment fairs, regional roadshows and industry days runs on-base and in major cities.
About BFRS
BFRS events are free to attend for the Armed Forces community — no booking is usually required, and spouses and partners are welcome.
BFRS Employment Fair — Aldershot
Flagship South-East fair typically drawing employers across logistics, security, engineering, project management and the public sector.
Audience: Serving personnel, leavers, veterans, reservists, spouses
Virtual Fair — CV Clinics & Live Q&A
Live chats with recruiters, CV-clinic slots and on-demand employer booths. Open to spouses and partners.
Audience: Anyone in the resettlement window or up to 2 years post-discharge

Major Northern garrison fair typically featuring rail, energy, manufacturing and emergency-services employers.
